Description
This chickpea guacamole is super tasty! It makes a great dip, but is also versatile and can be used as a filling in a wrap or sandwich. It’s so easy to make. Give it a try!
Ingredients

1 (15.5 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 avocado peeled and seed removed
1/4 small red onion finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic
Cilantro (optional)
Salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the canned chickpeas with a fork, then add the avocado and mash as well.
- To the bowl add the finely diced red onion, the juice of a lime, and garlic powder and mix all of the ingredients in the bowl together.
- Serve the avocado guacamole in a bowl with some tortilla chips, pita chips, or veggies on the side.
Notes
This chickpea guacamole dip is filling and can be used as a spread in a wrap, on toast, or on a sandwich.
