Chickpea Guacamole is Easy to Make
All you’ll need to do is rinse and drain the canned chickpeas, put them in a mixing bowl and mash them with a fork. You’ll need to decide how well you want to mash the beans. I like a more rustic mash where I can see the bits of chickpeas. You may prefer to mash them up well which will look more like a guacamole made of avocados only.
Then add finely diced red onion, the juice of a lime, avocado and garlic powder. Mash the avocado a bit and then mix
Serve in a pretty little bowl and garnish with a bit of cilantro if you like.
